Chapters out of order?

When copying via BD Clone, I've had issues with chapters out of order and I'm not sure why. The first was with John Wick, the second was Mockingjay. Used AnyDVD HD to hard disk then making the disc with CloneBD for John Wick).

Didn't finish Mockingjay but in the preview window it began right in the middle of the movie so I aborted (strictly BDClone disc to disc).

Anyone else seen this or know what I am missing?
 
This is caused by an issue with AnyDVDHD not identifying the correct playlist on these two BD's. Install latest beta of AnyDVDHD and you should be good.
