CD is burned but will not play

Backed up a CD in a language teaching program. The original will play but the copy will not. Have checked the copy and everything is there that is on the original. When the program starts, I get a message that my Macromedia Projector has encountered a problem and cannot open!!!
Have tried everything except what will work!!
