Can't Upgrade to New Version of AnyDVD

I am using AnyDVD 6.1.3.6 and when I log on my computer it informs me there is a new version, and to click to upgrade. When I do, I am taken to download page, download is complete in seconds (which seems strange), but when propted to run, it installs 6.1.3.6 not 6.1.4.3. Help!
 
Clear your browser's temporary internet files before you download and install.
