cant get clonedvdmobile to work at all

hi
clonedvdmobile will only work to passthrough to a VOB. i've tried everything from unistalling anything that might hve to do with packetwriting - getting in touch with support - i've spent hours & hours on the problem. it wont work on my desktop or my high end notebook. it just wont work - it crashed the mencoder.exe
can anyone help at all dan
