Can't Back-Up My PC Golf Game

Hi:)

Does anyone know how to make a back-up copy of my favorite PC game "Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005" disc 3. It has to be in the PC or game won't play. IE the problem, it has been inserted and removed hundreds of times and is getting really damaged.Tried CloneCd in all configurations with no luck. Can't even put it on my HD. (even tried image file). :eek: Help!
 
No-CD Patch

Google No-CD Patch for Tiger Woods 2005 and download the patch. In the Tiger Woods program save the original exe. file in case you want to go back in the future. Then replace the exe. file with the downloaded version and there you go. No need to have that nasty cd in the drive.
