Cannot copy

All of a sudden I cannot make a copy of a dvd. I get the following message.Aread error has occured while reading a file.
The file may be encrypted or cannotbe read correctly by the DVD device.
If you are using a decrypter make sure it is insalled and up to date.

I have uninstalled both 1Click DVD Pro and AnyDVD and reinstalled with no change. Any help would be appreciated.

WHAT is giving you that "file may be encrypted" message. It sure isn't anydvd, that's not a standard anydvd message.

What are you doing?
How are you doing it?
What are you using to do it?

Also make sure you are using this version:

http://sandbox.redfox.bz/SetupAnyDVD8031.exe

And try again after installing if not. If that still doesn't work please post a AnyDVDHD Logfile and a detailed explanation of what you are doing. And what you are using that is giving you an error. And also anything else that may be helpful to the team.
