That's not a log file...
Right Click on the red fox>>Select create a log file>>From the folder that it is created in attach this zip file to your post.

Ok it wanted to copy here is the Oh No fail details:

File 1 E:/VIDEO_TS/VTS_05_1.VOB 30 TCSectorReader

Your DVD drive region isn't set. Set it.

  • Right click the fox on your system tray. Exit Anydvd
  • Click start. Right click on "My computer"--->select "properties".
  • Click on the 'Hardware' tab--->click the 'device manager' button.
  • Open the dvd/cdrom branch---> right click on your optical drive
  • Click "properties".
  • You should have a region tab. From there you can select a region.
  • Select the region that you're in
  • Start Anydvd

After setting the drive region try again and see if you can create log files with the DVD in the drive. Attach the ZIP file to your reply.

I am unaware of any Avatar SD DVD releases for Region 1 using structural protections. IMHO, your problem is likely due to the inability of AnyDVD to obtain titlekeys because you didn't set your drive region. The File 1 error is a read error likely also caused by the problem obtaining titlekeys.

This isn't a CloneDVD issue and it likely isn't an AnyDVD either. Nonetheless, set the drive region and go from there.

ok here is the zip log file

I meant with a DVD in the drive - a DVD that AnyDVD works OK with.
You just uploaded another Empty drive log. :)

This was with a dvd in the drive that I can copy, it already scanned it and was ready to copy...

Then you uploaded the wrong logfile.... EMPTY_DRIVE.zip

A logfile with a real DVD involved, has the name of the DVD for the title.

Like this one for Eyeborgs.....
