Can we output in DTS audio on a PS3 ??

Hi guys,

I'm trying to make a backup of a specific track (chapter?) of my "Eagles - Hell Freezes Over" DVD so I can save it onto my PS3. If possible, I'd like the audio to be either DTS or Dolby Digital (I'd prefer DTS), but not simply Stereo.

Everything works fine video-wise, but even when I select DTS for the audio, the output is only in Stereo.

Any thoughts as to what I might be doing wrong??

PS - I tried searching for "DTS" but it came up blank (no results).
