Resolved Can not update AS?

I hope that this is the correct forum to post this. Wasn't sure if I should post in products and licenses. I am having trouble downloading the updated version of AnyStream. Not sure if it is my end or yours. This is a screen shot of the install error. All help will be appreciated.

Is that the program still running I see in your taskbar? Windows apps often don't like to be updated while they are running...

I think you're spot on with that. AnyStream needs to be closed first.

Thanks to the both of you!! Closing AS ....then down loading worked like a charmk. I feel like such an idiot.
