I have tried to use web enabled features on some of my HD DVD's but have been unable to do so. Is there anything I need to do within Power DVD to enable this or is there something I need to do within the PC? Or is this feature not accesable on a PC and only on a stand alone player? I am using an Xbox add on with my PC.

AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.

I do not know. Same thing happens to me. I think AnyDVD rips the disc, removing web connectivity from the HD-DVD. So I think you should disable AnyDVD if you want to use web enabled features. Sorry, pal.
