I would like to know if there's a solution now for this problem? I tried COD and COD United Offensive and both have the same problem as described from raptor1 above. It's a very old game so I think there should exist a solution? I'm wondering because both games are listed in the GameJackal Menu.

Edit: would it be helpful if I post the game protection type?

This is a user forum that the developers (notably James) look at from time to time actual tech help would be obtained at the Slysoft product site by setting up a troubleshooting ticket.

In my understanding this forum for the main part never only was a user to user forum where developers occasionally stop by.
On the other hand: when checking Matthew's "Last Activity date" the contact form seems to be the preferred way.
