I ripped dvd to hard drive.
I opened Express Burn software.
Added VTS-03-01, 03, 04, 05, 06 and was too big to fit on 4.7 gb disk.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you are burning a DVD Video disc which requires the VIDEO_TS folder containing the VTS files and the correct structure. You need all the necessary files.

Secondly, if they don't fit on a 4.7 GB disc then that means the files you are trying to burn need to be either burned to a DVD-9 (DL) 8.5 GB disc or you need to re-encode/compress/transcode what you have so that it fits on a DVD-5 (SL) 4.7 GB blank.
