Not saying it'll fix the problem but try setting the region for your drive, you have to exit out of AnyDVD then set it in Windows. You might also want to update the firmware on your drive.

Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)

Troubleshooting STARTS here.
EXIT AnyDVD - set the region - the restart AnyDVD.

Submit your results and a new logfile when you've done that.

That fixed all of the other DVDs, except for this one.

We dont do that here, Slysoft sells software. Please take your great DVD to another site that might do as you ask. If you have the original DVD why would need someone to file host it? If you cant even watch it, the DVD is flawed and we cant do anything about that.

Rip to image can be made to overlook read errors - I still suspect the disk had a slight flaw. Glad you're past it though.

There error I'm getting is:

I've done the following (in this order)

1. Set the region of the DVD drive to 1
2. Reset the computer
3. Set the AI scanner to "always enabled"

I am having the same problem w/ the same dvd. I made the AI change and it did copy my DVD. The problem I have is that the DVD plays now but the menu is gone and just plays the sections as they recorded.
