Blues Brothers backup produces audio for Bonus Feature only

I thought I had made a successful copy with CloneBD but playing the backup disc revealed that no audio had been recorded for the movie but the audio track for the bonus feature was recorded. Recent purchases of Blu-ray discs that I have made do not seem to show their place of manufacture or their designated region. Thanks Adbear. I play the original disc in Drive D with an LG player and after processing with AnyDVD HD burn the output from CloneBD to a Samsung external drive to produce the back-up. I then play the back-up in the LG player.

Samsung external reader/writer model SE-506CB/RSBD Drive (F)

I will have a shot at playing the back-up disc in the Samsung.

Sorry about that. I am using Nero 2015. I also have PowerDVD14 installed but I am having issues with it; it crashes when playing files processed by CloneBD.
