Blu-ray Spiderman I II III

I'm using version 6.3.2.1 to rip movies (Spiderman I, II and III) on my hard disk from the original Blu-Ray disks, but when I try to play it from directory the player (Nero ShoTime 4.2.3.0 with HD plug-in) displays a black windows.
Did someone have the same problems?
