Blu Ray Audio Issues

When coping a Blu Ray Disc it copies fine, however when attempt to watch it you here the director or someone else talking thru the entire movie. Is there a way to fix this, is I'm leaving a step out. I remove the sub titles and using English for audio then rip it. Just need to know what am I doing wrong.

Sounds like you are selecting the wrong audio to keep and remove....
