I've tried 2 different blu-ray disks and both of them failed to rip disk to hard drive - throws a read error. Both disk visibly look fine. Included log

Code:
Note: automatic detection of region code not possible with this disc.
Go into the settings and set AnyDVD to the region the discs should be. If you are in germany, it is region B. (google Blu Ray region codes if you don't know)
That aside, even if discs look fine, it can happen that there is a broken sector or something that isn't visible to the eye. Try to clean it with water and a microfiber cloth. If that doesn't help and the option to set the region in AnyDVD changes nothing as well, I think that your disc has one of these errors.

The log also says
Code:
Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)
and it is recommend to set it for DVDs. Since this is about Blu Rays, this option should chance nothing. But if you have issues with DVDs, set your drive to your region. Exit AnyDVD before you do so.
