If anyone tried PAL/NTSC file resampling using different methods, can you share your experience? I found this, but I don't believe graphs.
SSRC (HP) code (used in EAC3TO)
Secret Rabbit Code (used in ReClock)
SoX Resample code (also can be used in foobar2k)
r8brain pro propriety (also can be used in EAC3TO)
Sorry, this is not about resampling in realtime. May be some of you was doing PAL/NTSC file conversions (as alternative for ReClock).
And what you think is more rational direction: leaving "normal" ringing, or reducing it (with other any side effects/artefacts)?
