best options to backup movie.

Sorry i am a new and just trying to figure out the best options for backing up blu rays with the best quality. I have a i3 at 3.2 ghz with 8 higs ram. I am converting to fit on BD 25 disk all the time. 2 things:
1- when ripping using any dvd is it better to rip using folder or using iso option.
2-for output, is creating iso or folder structure better

1) ISO always, especially with bd3d
2) doesn't matter, it's all just data
