Update MakeMKV to the latest version, or, uninstall it if you don’t use it.

I updated it yesterday and uninstalled it just now I get the same error.

I am able to rip the disc on my internet computer that had an old anydvd installation. I tried to update it but I had to run it as a demo. It has been a long time since I installed it on a new machine. I was able to find my "Redfox" email confirming the purchase. I'll figure it out soon enough.

I found my key.

Code:
  7.58s: StartMakeMVKCon exitCode: c0000005
An access violation. Not good. You need to uninstall MakeMKV, turn off your PC and turn it on again.

EDIT:
Before doing this, you can try to execute this from a command prompt:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\MakeMKV\makemkvcon.exe" --cache=1 --directio=true -r info disc:9999

Does this work? Does MakeMKV work at all?

You are using Windows 7. It looks like MakeMKV needs additional rights to access your drive. Did you install the CDROM service when installing MakeMKV?

I found the reason: makemkvcon.exe simply crashes under Windows 7. I'll update AnyDVD to use makemkvcon64.exe instead, if possible.
