a) Ensure Anydvd is running.
b) Put the problematic original disc in your optical drive/reader. Wait for Anydvd to scan the disc.
c) Right click the red fox icon on your toolbar.
d) Select "Create Logfile"
e) Wait for Anydvd to create a log file.
f) A pop-up screen will appear. Take note of the location where Anydvd created the logfile and the logfile's name. Click "ok".
g) Windows Explorer will open, and you will see a zip file called "Anydvd_Info_titleofmydisc.zip" (or something similar; see step f)
h) When replying or posting in the Slysoft forums, look for the icon that looks like
attach.gif
(in other words, look for the paperclip after clicking "quote" or when creating a new thread)
i) If you don't see that paperclip icon, click the "go advanced" button. You should see that icon now. Click the paperclip.
j) A small pop-up screen should appear (if it doesn't please ensure your browser is enabled to allow pop-ups from the Slysoft forums)
k) Click the "Browse" button, and locate and select the .zip file you created.
l) click "upload"
m) Close the window. When you submit reply, or submit a new thread, the .zip file will be attached automatically for us to take a look at

I'm not going to add ANYTHING to the sticky list until there is a log file for it.

So much for bypassing the BD+ error hmmm

Give them time. These log files will help. Thank you for posting them. I'm sure they'll be able to fix the remaining issues.

Yea, I wasn't directing my "post logs" speech at you. :) It was aimed at the OP who knows better. ;) Like I said, I'm sure Slysoft will appreciate the logs you're posting and it will probably help them figure out what the problem is.

I'm sorry, I just downright hate these monkey films, I really do, so I blacklisted them.
But since you're so very persistent, I'll see to it, that they get unbanned by tomorrow :)

ROFLMAO!!!!!!! :D Nice to see you've still got a sense of humor, Peer. Oh, wait, what, you weren't kidding? Oh man. Wow. :D

I think it also depends on the region, as my x-files 2(US) doesn't work, but my friends German one does

Can someone tell me where the monkeys are in "French Connection" ? :D
Sorry, can't post logfiles, didn't bother buying it until the BD+ problem was fixed but i've been told that one doesn't work either.

Well, then it looks like, you're going to wait a long time, as I only will unblacklist films after you humiliate yourself just a little by uploading logfiles - that's the only kick I get out of this ;)

Seriously people: some of the new films behave oddly that was expected and known and they need a special treatment in our database.
It's easy to fix these with the information gathered from a log file.

We will have a better solution soon, but until then, we will simply add those films manually (I don't expect them to be too many).

Sorry if I was rude, just thought it was funny how an update came out saying BD+ fixed, but the one set of films I bought AnyDVD HD for, didnt work. :bang:

Don't worry, by posting the logs, I'm sure they will soon enough. :) Peer was just giving you a hard time. :) I think. ;) LOL
