Hopefully of assistance. I discovered a heap of my most important backed up license keys missing after having to re-install Win10. Some were backed up to the cloud, but not before the most important had completely disappeared, overwriting the other sources during routine saves.
I found that if I had paid by Avangate or Cleverbridge (well in the last couple of years for sure), that
I could get the details of the transactions, and with them the keys needed to re-activate.
RedFox were kind enough to re-send my recently purchased 2year subs for AnyDVD.
I am now going to zip and encrypt several sets and back them up to multiple sources again in the hopes
that they cannot be magicked out a 2nd time.
