good morning slysoft, I have a trouble, I am making rip on image disc original and desencrypted, but when try playing the player say: "file invalid" and all that whit release 6.6.4.2

thank you, see you later

Always post a LOG file.

It sounds like a player problem, if the files are decrypted then AnyDVD has worked.

First off, make sure you start your own thread in the right forum. You will get more personalized help that way because people aren't allowed to hijack your posts. Second, all video players that I know of cannot just play an ISO. If thats the route you wanna take, you have to mount it with something like Virtual CloneDrive.

I will edit the log, even thougt the image was copy whit anydvd hd and mount to virtual clone from slysoft, I don´t think is player, the file is m2ts file compatible

thanks

here is file register

4 ) Post the Anydvd zip log file to the forums:

a) Ensure Anydvd is running.
b) Put the problematic original disc in your optical drive/reader. Wait for Anydvd to scan the disc.
c) Right click the red fox icon on your system tray.
d) Select "Create Logfile"
e) Wait for Anydvd to create a log file.
f) A pop-up screen will appear. Take note of the location where Anydvd created the logfile and the logfile's name. Click "ok".
g) Windows Explorer will open, and you will see a zip file called "Anydvd_Info_titleofmydisc.zip" (or something similar; see step f)
h) When replying or posting in the Slysoft forums, look for the icon that looks like
attach.gif
(in other words, look for the paperclip after clicking "quote" or when creating a new thread)
i) If you don't see that paperclip icon, click the "go advanced" button. You should see that icon now. Click the paperclip.
j) A small pop-up screen should appear (if it doesn't please ensure your browser is enabled to allow pop-ups from the Slysoft forums)
k) Click the "Browse" button, and locate and select the .zip file you created.
l) click "upload"
m) Close the window. When you submit reply, or submit a new thread, the .zip file will be attached automatically for us to take a look at

This seems to be a player issue. AnyDVD has worked, you need to look at the filter issue - but this is not your problem.

AnyDVD_Status

The version of AnyDVD you are using ( 6.6.4.2 ) is up to date.
Code:
ELBY CLONEDRIVE 1.4
Please ensure you are using the latest firmware for your optical drive. See here.

Rip speeds on DVD and Blu-Ray might be improved by MediaCodeSpeedEdit. Please see RIPLOCK.
If installed (often from Duplex Secure, Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% ), uninstall SPTD, which is the culprit for slow rips.
See here and here.

This is a Virtual Clone Drive. Please provide LOG files from the original disk.

SysInfo

Problematic Filter cdrbsdrv from BHA/Ricoh as it was installed with the Ricoh EncryptEase format/engine and B's Recorder GOLD7:
Code:
cdrbsdrv (system32\drivers\cdrbsdrv.sys), Version: unknown
Refer here for an list of known problematic filters. Further filter information here

Remove the filter(s):

  1. Create a backup of your registry. Refer here for how to do so.
  2. Download ImgBurn (freeware).
  3. Start ImgBurn and go to Tools > Filter Driver Load Order...
  4. Select "cdrbsdrv". Click Remove Selected Filter. Click OK.
  5. Reboot.

Whatever programs installed the filter may no longer work properly.
Reinstall the piece of software that originally installed the filter to get things working again if necessary.
It is not recommended that you do so, however, because the problem will likely happen again at a later time

That's why I asked how he was trying to play it back

The only suggestions I can give you now are:

. Press DEFAULT in the AnyDVD settings window
. Make sure that the options for Blu-Ray are correctly set (including setting region code to B)
