ArcSoft TMT 3???

Component + Analog out will give you extremely satisfying sound. Again, it'll decode all the HD codecs to LPCM and the sound card will drive each speaker directly. It will get downsampled to 48/16 but that's not an issue since there doesn't seem to be any bugs in the latest version of TMT3. The 56xx cards should be out early next year and will be in the 50 USD range. Not good for gaming, but, for a straight HTPC, it'd be ideal.
