Question AP stopped DL'ing on other machine too......

I just DL'd two of the titles that crashed last night. Here's the info

I tried every movie in your logfile, there are no errors. Can you please tell me what movie won't download for you, no one else is having an issue with Amazon Prime.

No issues, the problem, if there is one is on your end, there are no errors in the log file. Try it again at another time.
 
Last night I was having a problem with AP. Right now I am going through Windows File Explorer to see which ones, like the two I just downloaded also have a file size of "0", like: Elements Matter - which is also not a "pay for play" video.

Looks like I had a gremlin attack again. But this one only attacked AP and not the other providers - on TWO different machines.
 
OK, RF1, it is a new day.....I review my download files to see which ones have a zero file size and try again.
 
No issues with Element of Matter. Its on your end, try it again at a different time. Prime may have an issue in your region.

I also had no problem DL "elements of matter" just now RF1. Maybe you're right, AP was having an issue in my area. Glad it's resolved, so let's close this thread....and I can try DL'ing the titles that have a zero file from last night.
