Question AnyStream and Disney+

I just tried to download a tv show from Disney+ and I got this message instead

To make sure my account had no issues I tried watching the show through chrome and it played without any issues. I hope this can be fixed soon. Thanks

Can you tell me exactly what episode that happened in? Name of film and or episode number.

Is it Boy Meets World? is it a specific episode, this is like pulling teeth. Is it another movie, I see 20 downloads in your log file all fine except one but it's not mentioned, all I need is a name.

It works fine. You need a no ads subscription or you will not get the complete catalog.

NO ads subscription. That's your problem. Your subscription has ads.
