AnyStream 1.4.2.0

今回のバージョンアップが原因でないと思いますが、以前はDisney+及びamazon prime videoともダウンロード出来ていましたが、なぜか急に以下の不具合がでてダウンロード出来なくなりました。

Disney+タブをクリックすると「ドロップダウンのセットアップに失敗しました」と表示がでます。
amazon prime video 左上の「戻る」「進む」の右側に％バーが10秒ほど出た後バーが消えて「ダウンロード可」が出ないままです。

原因を特定できますか。
