If it has already been cracked, why has a beta not appeared then?

And if it really has been cracked, then Sony and others might as well not bother with protection methods anymore.

Group A will create something, group B will destroy it, Group A will try again. That cycle right there will keep repeating itself if group A doesn't get it through their thick skulls that they can't win!
