1. AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, download with Amazon, Netflix and Hulu is not possible at the moment.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Please be patient and don't flood our support or forum with requests, we are working on it 24/7 to get it resolved - but it will take a few days. Thank you.

a)Click the red fox icon on your toolbar.
    b) Navigate to "Program Settings".
    c) Click "enable logging".
    d) Click "ok".
    e) Put the problematic disc in your optical drive/reader.
    f) Go to your My Documents folder
    g) You will see a zip file called "Anydvd_Info_titleofmydisc.zip"
    h) When replying or posting in the Slysoft forums, look for the icon that looks like
    i) if you don't see that icon, click the "go advanced" button. You should see that icon now. Click the paperclip.
    j) a small pop-up screen should appear (if it doesn't please ensure your browser is enabled to allow pop-ups from the Slysoft forums)
    k) click the "Browse" button, and locate and select the .zip file you created.
    l) click "upload"

    It's not literally "titleofmydisc" . . .

But a zip will show up if you follow these instructions, correctly

Yes, you found the ZIP containing the log file, IFOS, etc, but what you posted was the log from a backup of the original disc. At least we know you were able to make a backup of the disc. :)

Edit: Doesn't this thread really belong in the AnyDVD forum, Webslinger? Not trying to be a pain but...

No. Not yet it doesn't. This person's reply was originally in The Invisible thread in the Clonedvd section, and the only reason I can imagine why someone would be posting is because he or she is having a problem with a backup. So . . .

    1. You need to do this with the original disc, not the backup.

    2. You need to answer question 9 from this link: click http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=393

Well, I guess Drinklyeanddie was right, and you were just talking about the .zip file in general.
