If you try again, does the problem show up again?
Can you post a logfile of this disc?

I tried again and the error didn't appear.

I have attached a log file of this disk.

Another possibly related problem is when I scan the disk 'Harry Potter and the Chamber of secrets Bonus Disk' the scan takes over 60 minuites and never completes.

When the AI Scanner settings are set to AUTOMATIC or ALWAYS ENABLED the above symptoms appear to happen.

But when the AI scanner is set to DISABLED the disk scanning completes within 10 seconds!

I have been unable to provide a log file because the creation is similar to the original problem. I will theorise that in the creation of a logfile the AI scanner is forced on by default, since this appears to be te possible cause of the problem it would be consistent with the original problem.

I can provide you with the Status that appears with the AI scanner is disabled. Status:

This is a known problem. Please disable the setting "copy protection based on ..." and create & post a logfile of this bonus disc, so I can fix this. Thank you.

Here is the log with that setting disabled.

This is a region 2 disk bought in the United Kingdom quite a few years ago!

Do you want the UPC code? I have the DVD box to hand if you need it.
