You need to try running an anti-malware program to see if it removes this, Sounds like your system has been hijacked

+1,000; the "Panda ad" is the "virus" (actually a browser hijack). In addition to anti-malware programs (definitely needed to prevent reinfection), IIRC the person who had it before got rid of it with CCleaner.
