trying to make backup copy and getting below message

Problem connecting to AnyDVD update server!
ERROR processing Blu-ray disc!

I'm running (AnyDVD HD 7.6.9.5)

this is a new issue for me, worked 2-3 weeks ago

7.6.9.5 hasn't been able to connect to the OPD since May of last year when the Slysoft OPD server was shut down.
