AnyDVD HD 8.1.0.0 Dowload

When I download AnyDVD HD 8.1.0.0 from the redfox website I get a message stating that the file is unsafe and the file is removed. The Quarantine Item Details are:
Risk Name: WS.Reputation.1
Category: Insight Network Threat
Risk Level: Medium
How do I communicate this to RedFox?

Are you by any chance using Norton?

It's just a false positive.

The file, as long as you downloaded direct from Redfox, is fine.

I am aware that this is not a Blu-ray issue (not a DVD issue either) but I didn't know where else to put it. I did not see a section for just AnyDVD. So what is the right section? I did submit a support ticket with RedFox and they helped me out.
