Fixes a crash introduced in the recent betas.

- New (Blu-ray): Updated decryption keys
- New (DVD): Support for new copy protections
- Change: AnyDVD 7 did not start without gdiplus.dll (Windows 2000)
- Some minor fixes and improvements
- Updated languages

Well they've already said that won't be in AnyDVD, but in Clone BD so you may have a long wait
