I have a Windows XP Home Edition PC with 2Gigabyte Ram, 3.40 GHZ Pentium D CPU. I currently have AnyDVD v6.6.4.2 installed. Recently, every time I try to start AnyDVD, a box pops up in the center of the screen as follows?
AnyDVD Exception! Please Send this AnyDVD dump file to ......
with a short description how to reproduce the error.
Well, I have done that but I would like to know if there is anything I can do to get the program running again. Should I uninstall it and then reinstall it? If I do that, do I need to save the "key..." files and place them back into the program folder? Should I revert to a previous version of AnyDVD? I have copies back a few versions. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
