So you mean an app that could decrypt stuff?
I never heard of one. But you can use AnyDVD to copy your discs and then use any Player or something like Plex to play them.
Not sure if there are android apps that can play iso files or discs themselfes from an attached drive.

You must be very new to this. Ripping ist mostly done with Windows apps like AnyDVD. There are no Android apps. The competition has Mac and Linux apps but without the possibility to make ISOs and play discs inserted.

You can use the origin Netflix app to download a film to your Android smartphone (but that's not ripping and you can view the film only on this device).
Otherwise as @coopervid stated: use AS on Windows and copy the film to your smartphone.
