If I buy a film for Amazon Prime, would this be available to download with AnyStream please?
 
You can download anything you have access to within a browser as well. So yes, the movie will be available.
Just press F5 or restart AS if you already had it open before the purchase.
 
everything which is viewable with the logged-in useraccount is downloadable.

it can come to some errors when choosing specific formats f.e. hevc can be sometimes not available on some titles or multichannel audio is not available on all titles.
