I have tried both the most current version 1.8.4.0 & Beta version 1.8.4.1 and still no download button. have tried F5 and cleared cache and still no download button. I have tried different movies and same outcome.

AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Can you please try uninstalling AnyStream and reinstall the newest Beta?
Complete uninstall and installed latest version 1.8.5.0, the download button is back.
