Amazon download fails 2020/12/02

Perhaps Amazon has changed a screen again. I have 2 different downloads of movies that hang in the "end processing file' step. When I abort to exit, no logfile is created. Is there a better way to exit mid download?
 
I believe you can create a log file with the HELP menu
