Where did you get this from, and for what version of the movie? If you load the playlist (00070.mpls = Theatrical or 00071.mpls = Unrated) into tsMuxeRGUI, the order of M2TS files are not the same. I used 00071.mpls to generate a complete M2TS file, and was able to re-encode it correctly to WMV-HD.

Let me check mine. There is a 00000.mpls and a 00001.mpls. 00000.mpls is the theatrical cut, 00001.mpls is the unrated extended version. 1:41 and 1:48 respectively. The post of the m2ts file order I made was the 00001.mpls. My disc was R1.

Please check again, or let us know what region disk you have. 00001.mpls and 00000.mpls for AVPR do not exist on the Region A disk.

It's Region A, I mistakenly said region 1. Secondly, this is Alien vs. Predator, read a little more closely.
