When I insert a disc, the system will lock up for approximately five minutes or so. I can't close any programs or use the ones that are open. I find that I can barely get my mouse cursor to respond, and when it does clicking things will not work. I want to down grade to what worked well for a long time.

DVD or Blu-ray? If it's a dvd, what's the title?
