After Update burn process failed every time.

I've tried 3 different titles "Neighbors, John Wick, and Fury" and every time it ask for the new disc it says "Burn process failed, try different media"
I'm using Memorex 25GB 6x disc and nothing. I've tried multiple blank disc and nothing is working. I've restarted the PC to make sure the update was installed and still nothing. I've also made an ISO copy first and same thing. Very fustrated at this point. Anyone else having this problem? Any ideas or suggestion?
