It would be useful to be able to download from Kanopy.
At least for me, it doesn't seem to have the reliable streaming bandwidth of some other services, so viewing a local copy would be a better experience.
I don't know if this has been requested before (don't see it) or has already been considered.

I will put it down as a request but we have 36 pages of requests so I’m not sure it will be added
 
I'd also really like Kanopy - they have a ton of titles - and this service is free through the library!
 
Kanopy is widely available thru libraries in the US. Maybe in a few other countries, but not sure.
