a Question about Subtitles when downloading from Netflix

when i select to download 2 subtitles with the Movie
for example English and Spanish
the english Subtitle will be downloaded as SRT as i want it
but the Spanish will be embedded inside the MP4 Video
why ?
how can i get all subtitles to be downloaded as SRT Files ?

that's the Only problem i have
other than that this Program is awesome
 
This doesn't answer your question, but here is what I do. Since the files aren't in the format I want anyway, I leave all the subtitles embedded and use a script to remux all the mp4 files to mkv, converting the timed text to srt tracks.
