I tried to copy the "50 shades of gray" BluRay Disk "1:1" (the one that bought via AMAZON, Germany):
The copying worked without any error. But the new BD gets problems on a normal player: The originial one works without a problem, but the copy stops, hangs, stucks. Because the player works with any original one, also this one, playing on something from Samsung for 500.- Euros, but gets these problems so that a copy can not be shown at all, it may be a problem with the copy process???

If it just stops that tends to imply a media issue. What brand of discs are you using, and does it do the same if yo play the copy back on your PC?

Problems burning and replaying BD on a normal external player

My brother tried several different media for that: Every time the same problem while playing on a 500.- Euro SAMSUNG Player! But only on this equipment we found the problem. The original BD, of course, plays perfect. The copy plays on the PC but, as stated, not on the external BD-Player. The actual BD's are:
Verbatim Blu-ray Disc 50 Spindle - 50GB 4X BD-R DL - 2011 (japan import)
direct baught from Japan.
The external player that is used for burning the BDs is from LG:
LG BE14NU40
We asked LG about that. They told that we may send the external thing to them to check if it is something with the burning hardware.

Did you try ripping the copy back to your PC so it copies every sector back? Try doing that to check that the disc can be read all the way through
