Settings screen opens on boot up

Autostart was checked. That took care of it/ thought it allowed the program to start and not the POPUP screen.. Pretty obvious in retrospect:bang: Thanks

    Logfile- Road To Perdition

 Always.. A friend, into computers many years and associated with a video rental store, used the Original Armor-All spray to clean and apparently surface fill scratches (rub in with finger; to clean and then polish dry with tissue). I have no idea where he came up with it, but I have...

    Logfile- Road To Perdition

Fyi Road to Perdition and Saving Private Ryan (both of which refused to rip earlier) were successful with a new disc of each. Apparently, there are plenty of blu-rays out there that LOOK good when examining them but have problems imbedded. :agree:

Connect to internet This computer is not connected to the internet. In the past anytime iANY DVD needed to connect, it advised me and I strung the 60' of cable to temporarily connect... then it proceeded fine. On all three of these tries, none asked for the internet connection and all...

    Saving Private Ryan (blu-ray)

Over the past few months I have tried to rip Saving Private Ryan from two different disks and in both cases it failed (tried with both Img Burn & SlyFox- rip). Curious if anyone else has had similar problems with the title? Thanks

    Speedmenu as of current date

"protection intact"? I admittedly am 'dumber than a sack of hammers' in interpreting this... PLEASE indulge me and explain what 'protection intact' means. With nothing specifically using those words, I would guess setting the blu-ray selections in this manner (below) would leave...

Any way to do surgery on Blu-ray .ISO file?

Reducing the size is not an issue... I am aware of mounting an .ISO on the Virtual Drive. The .ISO referred to had the baggage left on it when originally ripped with Any DVD-HD and put on the hard-drive where it resides. Perhaps I am using the wrong settings?

Any way to do surgery on Blu-ray .ISO file?

After ANY DVD HD is used to rip an .ISO file to Hard Disk is there any way to alter that particular file? Like, with maybe something like DVD Shrink... I was wanting to go back to some of my .ISO files and remove all of the previews, etc. and only preserve the movie itself. Thanks

    Virtual Clone Drive #101

That's what I was looking for...soo; If the video.iso file is on the System Drive and VCD is also on the System Drive (with the System Drive being a Solid State Drive) it would appear there would be no Hard Disk Drive running as all the operations would be spooling off the Solid State Drive...eh?

    Virtual Clone Drive #101

I have searched but found nothing; sure that this has been asked before... I know Clone Drive works and works well, but how does it work? Simply; (From a previously created .iso video file) Does using the Clone Drive load an .iso image file onto the System Drive and play from a file created...
