Resolved New Logs Needed for Recent DRM Issues?

Hey all! I have finally gotten around to trying AnyStream out (seems cool!). I have seen the banner about issues with resolution and I am using the latest beta. I get weird resolutions such as 960x480, 1080x800, etc. for some titles on Prime. Some are older, some are newer, and some work fine...

    Local database

I would think this would be a great marketing piece as well...users could always be assured that no matter what happens in the future, there would always be a manual way to get the info needed (if this databases is updated). Good idea!

    Local database

So this is for older titles only? No new ones will be updated to it? What date are the titles up to for inclusion in the database. Sounds like a great idea!

    AnyDVDHD UHD support

according to: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/774648-uhd-blu-ray-disc-encryption-finally-cracked/ "The member who posted it, one of the most prolific uploaders on the site, claims this release was achieved through cracking the encryption of the drive itself and not through the more common...

Now You See Me 2 black screen

Never mind the EAC3to warning...it always works fine when you remux. Or transcode the TrueHD to AC3 448 or 640 or choose the core.

Do I need the OPD for really old disks?

Perhaps for an instance like this, or others that could be similar, an update to 7.9.5.1??? Not sure how easy would be to do....just an idea for the sake of "completeness"

AnyDVD 8.0.0.3 Beta - Trial Test

Dd you think there could be a FINAL Slysoft AnyDVD, say V7.7.0.0, that would incorporate all OPD stuff to date?

AnyDVD 8.0.0.3 Beta - Trial Test

I'm guessing that this means that RedFox AnyDVD will be tied to a specific machine with only one install permitted? With deactivation required, like with Adobe products, if one wants to move to a different machine? If so that would be a downer, but perhaps necessary since people seem to want LTL.

    Lifetime licenses? Why keep them?

I thinking they will give it away for free....how about that?

No fox, no job, no future?

Very interesting...and does point to a management decision to stop and Antigua's willingness to seemingly harass the owner. He seems to have just thrown up his arms and left, leaving employees in the lurch. Given what is apparently owed to everyone, this could be a blessing of sorts...the...

No fox, no job, no future?

Regardless of how it is done, the biggest juggernaut will be the payments processor. It hasn't gone unnoticed that there is a potential of a new version/new product; and there will be pressure on processors not to be part of a new venture (you can bet on that). And if a new product is going to...

No fox, no job, no future?

Sounds more like a corporate screw over than anything else now (CYA by owner). Think about how stupid it is that the usurping power has no control over the IP. The corporate structure of the former Slysoft was brilliant in that nobody knew where the actual software was located, except for a...

Slysoft Closed thread - bring some definitive closure

Sorry ..I never meant to have an inflammatory discussion...just meant to say that those who use such products as AnyDVD are a very small population and the voice is small. A small voice is rarely, if ever, heard. Politics, no matter what party, drounds out such voices. Nuff said..

Slysoft Closed thread - bring some definitive closure

Called lobbying....$$ talks. Politics is not about running a country for the benefit of all...it is a business. The politicians NEED to stay in power (it is a job) so will do whatever they need to do to keep their "job". If people REALLY wanted to backup all their stuff then everyone would...
