MAX still doesn´t work in Mwxico, even after intalling update 1.8.3.2

It works for other people in Mexico, so please uninstall, reinstall, and upload a log file. Turn off VPN if active. Also, clear all cookies.

1. Look at the GUI of AnyStream.
2. In the upper left-hand corner you will see FILE
3. Press File, and you will see Create log file, create it
4. It is in a .zip format (lastlog) on your desktop or in your documents
5. Upload to the forum with your error report and explanation.

I am going to describe the error
When Max tab shows, I log in, then select my profile, sometimes does not even let me select it and the in-browser left. It shows only like file two, the background of the app.

Hope this files and description helps. It just started because HBO did the transition to MAX here in Mexico.
Before, with HBO MAX I had not problems

Edit:
I installed the update and still not works.
And Anystream also don't storage the login, MAX keeps asking for credentials

Please clear all your browser cookies reboot and try again. Are you trying to log into MAX through Amazon in AnyStream or the default browser in AnyStream? Make sure YOU ARE NOT USING A VPN.
Please go to the Max website in your browser and set up your credentials. Make sure you log out of all devices. Then go to AnyStream.

The next time you post a log file do not .zip it. It is already in a zip format. Follow the directions.

Reinstall 1.8.3.2 please and your issue should be fixed.

Update to 1.8.3.2 in this thread in Post 8.
 
As long as you update to 1.8.3.2 there are no issues in Mexico or anyplace else in South America or Mexico.

Hello good morning, I am also having problems accessing MAX in Brazil, yesterday or the day before yesterday I reported here that it was working normally, but today I am only receiving this error message, even after deleting the cache in APPDATA/LOCAL

Other streams work normally
