Why is there no longer a link at the top of the forum for the latest beta? Did I miss something?
 
All i can see is that it was deleted for the general user by @James. Only he can say why. Either its by mistake, there's a big bug in it (unlikely), or there's a possible new beta coming. Just be patient, it's just a beta. No big deal.
