a) Keep your license key file backed up safely
b) Uninstall Anydvd (start-->all programs-->Slysoft--->Anydvd-->Uninstall)
c) Reboot
d) Check to see if your system ("my computer") now reports a disc in drive. Do you see a video_ts folder (if you're using a dvd)? Do you see folders or files?

already uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it did not solve my problem it does not pull up any ts files because it dont even recognize the dvd not the new ones the old ones it does pull up the ts files

I'm not asking you to reinstall.

Answer my question please.

I had the same problem the other day. My drive wouldnt see a new dvd, even with anydvd running. I uninstalled WMP 11 and went back to WMP 10 (on advice from another forum). I then activated WMP 10 with the dvd in the drive and within a few seconds, Anydvd started running its analysis. WMP 10 triggered recognition of dvds in the drive.
